Your details, handled plainly.

What we collect, and why

Two forms on this site collect information.

• The sample form asks for your name, your work email, your agency name, your agency website (optional), and your targeting criteria: the kinds of businesses you want, anything more specific we should aim for, where they should be, and anything to exclude. After you claim, the confirmation page offers one optional question about your team size. Answering it is your choice, and it is never part of the claim itself.
• The order form is filled in on the order page before you pay. It asks for your name, your agency name, your delivery email, the package you chose, and the criteria for the build. We receive it before your payment, so the build can start the moment you pay.

We use these details to build and deliver your sample or your order, to confirm that we have received them, and to follow up with you about the service. That is the whole list of uses. There is no other use, hidden or otherwise.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never rent it, trade it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. The only services that receive it are the ones that run this site: Netlify, which receives and stores the form submissions, and Stripe, which processes payments. Nobody else gets your details from us.

Payment details

Card payments happen on Stripe’s own checkout pages. Your card details go to Stripe and only to Stripe: we never see them and we never store them.

Cookies and analytics

This site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. No tool here follows you around the web, and no profile of you is built on this site for advertisers. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

How long we keep your details

We keep inquiry and order details while our working relationship with you is active, so we can deliver your build, answer questions, and honor the Replacement Guarantee. After that, details are kept only as long as ordinary business records require. If you want your details deleted sooner, ask and it happens: email hello@prospectrowresearch.xyz, and we will delete them and confirm by email once it is done.
